RenewBell is free to download with optional in-app purchases. The supplied current release materials describe up to three tracked subscriptions in the free tier. Pro adds features including advanced alarms, Smart Scan, full insights and exports. Check the current offer and limits in the app before buying.

No bank connection is required. You add subscription details yourself or review an entry prepared with Pro Smart Scan. That means RenewBell does not automatically discover every recurring charge or check your bank balance.

Yes. RenewBell uses Sign in with Apple and cloud synchronization. No bank login does not mean no account or that all app data stays only on your phone. The privacy page explains the current data practices.

No. Cancel at the merchant or billing platform and confirm the result there. Marking a subscription cancelled in RenewBell records your decision; it does not submit a merchant cancellation or request a refund.

Advanced Pro alarms use AlarmKit on iOS 26 or later with the relevant permission. Earlier supported iOS versions use notification fallback. Alert behavior depends on your OS, plan, permissions and device settings. Check your setup and leave time to act.

No. The app uses on-device text recognition followed by remote AI processing to prepare subscription details. Review the result before saving. Smart Scan is Pro-only and has fair-use limits; see the full privacy policy for current processing details.

Yes. The free PDF and Excel downloads work independently. The workbooks can be imported into Google Sheets. They do not sync with RenewBell, send alarms or update merchant prices automatically.

No. Calculations run in your browser and entries are not stored between visits. You can choose to download a CSV snapshot. Use one currency for all entries; changing the label does not convert amounts.

Not necessarily. Monthly equivalents normalize different billing cycles for comparison. A yearly plan can show a small monthly average while charging its full amount on one date. Check your actual dates and provider charges.
