Before you send a reminder question

Check your recorded renewal date, notification and alarm permissions, selected lead time and current app plan. Advanced AlarmKit alarms require iOS 26+. Earlier supported systems use notifications. Keep an independent reminder for a time-sensitive provider deadline while you check the issue.

App purchases and another service’s charges

Purchases for RenewBell are handled through Apple. Manage your RenewBell purchase in your Apple Account subscription settings where applicable. Questions about a streaming service or another merchant’s charge must go to that billing provider. RenewBell cannot cancel a merchant agreement for you.

Templates and calculator

The website templates and calculator are separate free tools. If you report a formula or layout problem, describe the billing cycle and software you used with a fictional example amount instead of sending your private financial list.
