Set an earlier trial reminder
Pro trial alarms add heads-ups 3 days and 1 day before the trial charges, according to the current release materials. Give yourself a buffer to check eligibility and cancellation terms.
A trial reminder does not cancel a subscription
A trial alarm gives you information. It does not submit a cancellation, request a refund or prevent a provider from charging. Confirm any cancellation at the billing source.
Keep the trial price and billing details together
Keep the service, amount, next date and cycle together, so your future self has more than a vague calendar event to work from.
The free-trial countdown and additional Pro alarms have different limits. Check the current in-app offer. Apple advises cancelling unwanted Apple trials at least 24 hours before the end.
